Job Description
Financial Controller at BetterMe implementing controls and compliance activities across the revenue business cycle. Collaborating with teams to drive financial research and project executions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, execute, and automate controls and compliance activities across the revenue business cycle
- Analyze and work with multiple data sources
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to build reports and dashboards
- Manage and enhance ERP system usage
- Support other departments in implementing cost controls within the ERP environment
- Review and analyze reports from payment service providers
- Support preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand business needs
- Perform financial research and analysis across multiple jurisdictions
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks and projects
Requirements:
- About 3 years of experience in audit at Big-4 firms
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree in finance, economics, business, or other related field
- Knowledge and experience with spreadsheets (Excel, PowerQuery, SQL)
- English oral/written – Upper Intermediate
- Strong communication skills: oral and written
- Ability to convince opponents on the truth of one's judgments
- Structured thinking and the ability to make data-driven business conclusions
