Job Description
Fleet managers participating in Terac’s paid remote research interview on vehicle operations, dispatch, maintenance, and management software. Sharing workflows and operational challenges to inform future fleet solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a remote conversational interview with the research team
- Walk through typical daily fleet management operations
- Explain tools and software used for vehicle tracking and dispatch
- Discuss challenges related to maintenance scheduling and driver coordination
- Review common operational scenarios and explain decision-making
- Share insights on improving operational workflows
Requirements:
- Active role in fleet management, dispatch, or logistics coordination
- Hands-on experience overseeing a fleet of commercial vehicles
- Familiarity with modern fleet management or telematics software
- Comfortable discussing operational workflows and daily challenges
- Experience using commercial fleet management software in a professional setting
- Professionals from commercial delivery, construction, and public transportation are welcome
