Job Description
Earn Operations Specialist optimizing on-chain DeFi products, campaigns, and user rewards. Improving staking, redemption, and reward-claiming experiences for Binance’s global blockchain ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal BD teams and external project partners to plan and execute user operation campaigns
- Prepare campaign materials
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Execute go-to-market initiatives
- Manage reward distribution
- Own pre-launch testing and product optimization for campaigns/products
- Continuously improve product experience in staking, redemption, and reward-claiming flows from an operations perspective
- Build a data analysis framework using AI tools
- Generate actionable operational insights
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products (including Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault), with a strong understanding of the underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures
- Able to conduct an initial assessment of how on-chain products fit within our current product suite
- Strong product operations mindset, with the ability to contribute to product solution design from an operations perspective and independently lead the planning and execution of user campaigns
- Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation
- Able to proactively identify blind spots in the team’s work and close gaps with a data-driven approach
- Strong English skills, with the ability to communicate directly with project teams in Europe and the US
- Solid business development and product communication capabilities
- Experience in product or operations roles with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho / Aave / Pendle / Ethena
- Able to understand basic smart contract logic
- Able to use on-chain analytics tools such as Dune / Etherscan
