Job Description

Cash Depot field technician managing cash operations and first-line maintenance for ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment. Serving customers independently across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Replenish ATM cash inventories
  • Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls
  • Deliver coin orders and process deposits
  • Follow all cash handling and security procedures
  • Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently
  • Clear ATM jams
  • Replenish receipt paper
  • Perform machine diagnostics
  • Reboot equipment
  • Install software updates
  • Escalate advanced issues to skilled technical support team
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Respond to customer needs professionally
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
  • Complete all service documentation accurately and on time
  • Perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment throughout the assigned territory
  • Work independently while combining customer service, cash management, route operations, and basic troubleshooting responsibilities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
  • Preferred: Cash handling experience
  • Preferred: Route-based service experience
  • Preferred: Mechanical or technical troubleshooting experience
  • Preferred: Experience working in a customer-facing field environment
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to meet the listed physical demands, including lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, sitting, manipulating, reaching, climbing, crawling, squatting/kneeling, and bending
