Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer supporting LiteLLM, the open-source AI Gateway trusted by major companies. Owning support tickets, diagnosing root causes, reproducing issues, and submitting bug-fix pull requests.
Responsibilities:
- Own the support queue and work through tickets to drive customers to success
- Diagnose customer issues and solve for the root cause, not just the symptom
- Reproduce customer issues in their specific environments
- Submit pull requests for bug fixes and improvements where needed
- Act as the technical voice of the customer back to engineering
Requirements:
- Technical depth and real familiarity with the LiteLLM product surface
- Strong customer focus and commitment to making customers successful with the product
- Focus on solving root causes rather than applying surface-level fixes
- Metrics-driven and hardworking, ready to move through a high volume of tickets
- Strong bias toward understanding problems deeply
- Technical proficiency suitable for working with a developer tool
- Ability to reproduce issues in customers' specific environments
- Ability to submit pull requests for bug fixes and improvements
