Job Description

Foundational Data Resources Analyst optimizing sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and pricing for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s edge-to-cloud technology business. Supporting North America sales operations remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and utilize processes and tools supporting the sales lifecycle, including pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management, and sales pipeline analytics and forecasting
  • Report and analyze order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment
  • Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools to monitor and manage revenue and expenses
  • Design and implement portions of sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations-support processes and tools
  • Evaluate sales operations processes and activities using relevant analytics, standards, and metrics
  • Review evaluation results, identify trends and issues, perform analysis, develop improvement recommendations, and track change effectiveness
  • Communicate process and tool issue analysis to stakeholders
  • Implement specified process or tool changes to improve performance and efficiency
  • Provide analysis and limited project-direction input as an informed team member
  • Evaluate unique circumstances and make recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in analytics, sales enablement, and sales planning
  • Experience with SFDC preferred
  • Experience with Anaplan preferred
  • Experience with Oracle preferred
  • Experience with PowerBI preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience partnering with Sales preferred
  • Experience implementing policies, processes, and analytics methods supporting sales activities
  • Analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices
  • Knowledge of forecasting and planning methodologies for deploying resources and activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and local language
  • Ability to communicate quality plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options
