Job Description
GTM enablement lead building training, communications, and knowledge systems. Supporting Stepful’s healthcare workforce platform and commercial teams during rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build the foundation of Stepful's GTM enablement function during a critical growth phase
- Identify and prioritize GTM enablement areas based on business priorities, urgency, and resourcing
- Lead GTM enablement work, including cross-functional planning, collaboration structures, enablement forums, and business rhythms
- Connect Sales, Client Success, Solutions Architecture, Product, Marketing, and RevOps with commercial teams and B2B product, learning, operations, and marketing functions
- Build and maintain an AI-enabled structure for GTM materials and knowledge management
- Develop and execute communications approaches, including asynchronous communications and live touchpoints
- Identify what GTM teams need to know and do in collaboration with cross-functional subject-matter experts
- Prioritize and organize information across functions
- Design and facilitate training experiences and manage supporting tools
- Support and monitor adoption and behavior change
- Report to the Director of Revenue Operations
Requirements:
- B2B-specific GTM enablement experience with a track record of taking initiative, owning the function, and fostering behavioral changes
- Skill in building and delivering enablement programs that improve performance and revenue outcomes
- Experience thriving in a startup environment and navigating evolving processes and complex offerings
- Exceptional organization and strategic prioritization skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mentality and decision-making
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
- Ability to manage and analyze CRM data
- Knowledge of AI tools, including LLMs, and a clear perspective on their application in GTM enablement
- EdTech and/or healthcare experience is a bonus
- B2B2C experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of learning best practices is a bonus
- Experience across multiple GTM enablement functions is a bonus
- Experience using Gong and HubSpot is a bonus
