Job Description
Recruiter connecting talent with opportunities for North American clients. Supporting recruitment in a remote team environment with a focus on growth and learning.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for various technical and professional roles
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Contribute to team initiatives to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience
Requirements:
- Background working in a process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar industry, preferred, with at least one (1) year of experience
- Experience using Bullhorn ATS is a plus but not required
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
- Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone or video
- Tech-savvy — able to work efficiently with tools like CRMs, job boards, and social media
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Eager to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
