Job Description
Funnel Builder developing digital funnel systems for leadership programs and trainings. Collaborating on performance and optimizing systems for measurable results in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital funnel systems that market high-quality leadership programs, coaching, and training at scale
- Design, build & maintain complete funnel systems (lead magnet/freebie, quiz, webinar, workshop & sales funnels)
- Technical implementation using funnel builders, CRM & email marketing systems (Zapier/Make/n8n)
- Optimize landing pages, forms & automations to systematically improve conversion rates
- Work closely with Creative & Performance teams to develop ads, creatives & content for a sophisticated target audience
- Analyze relevant funnel KPIs, including reporting & actionable recommendations
- Test new tools, methods & strategies for continuous scaling of the systems
Requirements:
- Experience in funnel building, online marketing, or marketing automation
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead generation & conversion optimization
- Experience with funnel builders (e.g., OnePage, Framer, ClickFunnels, Leadpages), CRM & email marketing tools
- Technical aptitude & a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Analytical strength & confident handling of KPIs such as conversion rate, CPL & CTR
- Excellent German & English skills, both written and spoken
