Job Description

Remote German Solutions Consultant for a fast-growing SaaS company in revenue management. Focused on onboarding and supporting inbound DACH prospects with optimal platform usage and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for new small-to-mid property managers throughout onboarding
  • Driving conversions through compelling, detailed virtual product demos
  • Helping prospects set up accounts and optimise initial usage (rules, automation, best practices)
  • Clearly communicating value proposition, ROI, and relevant use cases
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding defined performance targets
  • Maintaining accurate account information and history in the CRM with Sales Ops
  • Enabling smooth handover for accounts that scale beyond mid-market to the relevant teams

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Account Executive, Customer Success, Sales/Onboarding), ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong experience running video-based product walkthroughs and articulating value/ROI
  • Proven track record of hitting commercial KPIs (conversion, pipeline, activity, etc.)
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset to diagnose needs and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills in a remote setup
  • Nice to have: short-term rental market knowledge and US/EU client exposure
  • Nice to have: DACH market experience and/or account management experience
