Job Description

Senior Solutions Engineer leading technical sales initiatives at Gravitee, a leader in API and AI security. Engaging with clients and shaping product direction based on customer feedback and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical sales process for acquiring new customers, together with Account Executives
  • Discover and analyze customer challenges, delivering product demonstrations, engaging in Proof of Concepts and technical discussions as well as answering to others
  • Engage with new and existing partners and service providers to find new mutual opportunities and technical partnerships
  • Support the success and growth of the existing customer base, alongside Customer Success Managers
  • Engage with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to influence product direction based on customer feedback and to support on webinars and content generation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a previous Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor
  • A track record of providing solutions and engaging with technical (e.g developer and architect) customer personas
  • Ability to present advanced technical topics and deliver tailored demos to different audiences
  • Experience working in technology, ideally within API management, IAM, integration
  • Good understand of the AI Industry and modern Agentic tools and protocols (MCP, A2A, LLM’s)
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management - OAuth Protocol, JWT
  • Good knowledge of REST, JSON and XML
  • Some scripting experience, ideally with Java or JavaScript/Python
  • Ability to design deployment architectures (HA, DR, etc)
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, continuous integration and continuous delivery processes as well as experience with Linux/Windows
