Job Description
Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the DACH region. Engaging with candidates and clients in German and English across a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across German-speaking markets.
- Engage with clients and hiring managers in German and English to understand hiring needs.
- Proactively source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment CRM tools.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments in German.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with a mature, goal-driven team in a supportive, remote-first environment.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with strong professional proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal), ideally with international or European exposure.
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, including business development and client management.
- Comfortable with high activity levels in a KPI-led environment.
- Experience using recruitment CRMs and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, Lusha) is a plus.
- Must be based in South Africa, with a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
