Job Description
Talent Sourcer managing contractor pipeline and senior-level hiring decisions for BELAY. Building candidate pipelines and optimizing sourcing strategies for service lines.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines across all BELAY service lines
- Own interviews and hiring decisions for senior-level roles
- Apply BELAY’s hiring standard consistently across sourcing and hiring
- Optimize sourcing strategy and channels
- Provide structured feedback to Talent Specialists
Requirements:
- 7+ years in sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive recruiting
- Track record of building qualified pipelines
- Strong interview and assessment skills
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Alignment with BELAY’s mission, vision, and values
