Job Description
Talent Sourcer attracting senior-level candidates for global social discovery company. Collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs with advanced sourcing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and social media
- Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for key business-critical roles
- Apply Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent pools
- Create personalized and compelling outreach messages to increase candidate engagement and response rates
- Continuously analyze, test, and optimize sourcing strategies and outreach approaches
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Experience working with sourcing tools and platforms
- Strong written communication skills and ability to create effective outreach messages
- Experience with talent mapping is a plus
- English level: B1+
