Job Description
Virtual sales and leadership development role educating U.S. families about available benefits. Building client relationships through presentations, consultations, and enrollment support.
Responsibilities:
- Meet virtually with working families to educate them on their available benefits
- Build relationships and communicate with clients throughout the enrollment process
- Conduct virtual presentations and consultations
- Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions
- Develop strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Requirements:
- Professional and confident communicating with others
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Goal-oriented and motivated by personal growth
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Interested in developing leadership skills
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but it is not required
