Job Description
Freelance Oracle HCM consultant supporting Talent, Learning, and Compensation modules. Analyzing issues, configuring processes, implementing enhancements, and supporting quarterly releases.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Talent, Learning and/or Compensation
- Analyze issues and fix bugs
- Configure and optimize existing processes
- Implement smaller enhancements and new features
- Support Oracle quarterly releases
- Conduct impact assessments and testing
- Provide functional advice to business stakeholders
Requirements:
- Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following modules: Talent, Learning, Compensation
- Productive configuration and support experience
- Experience with issue analysis and enhancements
- Good understanding of Core HR processes
- Experience with releases and testing
- Ability to work independently with client stakeholders
- Very good English skills
- Nice-to-haves: Hands-on experience in all three modules
