Job Description
Global Recruiter sourcing and managing talent for MGID’s innovative AdTech team. Improving recruitment processes, employer branding, and global candidate engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research of the global candidate market
- Source candidates through cold searches and innovative approaches
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead candidates through the recruitment process from application to onboarding
- Enhance MGID’s employer brand globally
- Experiment with new candidate sourcing and engagement approaches
- Improve recruitment processes, tools, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to recruitment strategies and team collaboration
- Support MGID’s growth, diversity, and development
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in recruitment
- Genuine enthusiasm for connecting talent with opportunities
- Experience independently sourcing candidates through cold searches
- Ability to research candidate markets and identify hidden talent
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Structured and analytical approach, leveraging data and analytics
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and changing priorities
- Willingness to experiment with new talent sourcing and engagement methods
