Job Description
Sales Transformation Professional at Freudenberg overseeing change management and training across global sales. Aligning business needs with strategic goals and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring documentation and quality assurance
- Support countries in adopting the global sales template and ensure alignment with global standards
- Develop process models, training materials, and deliver workshops to enable key users
- Prepare business cases for the Global Sales Transformation roadmap and assist in project capacity planning (e.g., via Meisterplan)
- Coordinate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and bridge process gaps
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales transformation or business process professional within international organizations, in global sales and pre‑sales
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into system requirements and manage senior stakeholders
- Experience driving improvements across regions and supporting both operational activities and longer‑term transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes, change management, and user enablement is essential
- hand-on experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA and/or SAP C4C is preferred)
- Full professional proficiency (C1 level) in both English and German
- Ability to work with cross-functional experts and global process owners to align local needs with global strategic standards.
