Job Description
GM leading Deepgram’s EMEA sales organization for its Voice AI platform. Building the London hub, scaling ARR, developing teams, and shaping regional product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own the EMEA P&L and build and execute a strategic roadmap to drive hyper-growth in ARR
- Establish Deepgram's London office as the EMEA hub for customer and developer events, executive briefings, partner sessions, and the regional team
- Recruit and mentor a high-performance Account Executive team
- Manage Customer Success, Marketing, and Forward Deployed Engineers in a dotted-line structure
- Instill a Challenger-selling culture and teach AEs to lead with technical ROI
- Act as the voice of EMEA, translating field signals into prioritized product and engineering input
- Identify and sign strategic regional partners, GSIs, and local resellers
- Implement forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory management across multiple countries, languages, and buying cultures
- Bridge operations between London and the US headquarters
- Serve as primary executive sponsor for major regional accounts
- Navigate complex procurement cycles and technical AI evaluations
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product to align pipeline strategy and leverage AI tools
Requirements:
- 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) covering EMEA, including the UK and at least one of DACH, the Nordics, France, or Southern Europe
- Deep fascination with AI, LLMs, and API-first products
- Comfortable discussing technical architecture and revenue targets
- Experience influencing product roadmap decisions, features, or product bets
- Track record of scaling a regional business; $10M+ ARR growth experience preferred
- Demonstrable experience building channel programs contributing significantly to total revenue
- Expertise in value-based selling to increase Average Selling Price and win rates
- Familiarity with modern sales stacks such as Salesforce, Gong, and Clari
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience opening a new office or first in-region presence for a US-headquartered company is desirable
- Experience leading AE organizations at a high-growth, Series B+ startup or scaling technology company is desirable
- Background selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML technologies is desirable
- Fluency in navigating EU data protection and AI regulation as a commercial topic is desirable
- Expertise in building talent development programs or performance coaching frameworks is desirable
- Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments with evolving goals and systems is desirable
