Job Description

Growth and Marketing Manager driving user acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention strategies for product growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance growth metrics and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the full PMF metrics framework — conversion rate, retention depth, time-to-value, referral rate, and organic growth loops
  • Design and execute integrated growth and marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, driving measurable impact on acquisition and engagement
  • Build, launch, and iterate on landing pages continuously — every version is a test, not a final answer
  • Lead data-driven experimentation — A/B tests, funnel analysis, cohort analysis — and translate results into clear recommendations
  • Own CRM/DRM strategy and lifecycle campaign management to maximize retention and long-term user value
  • Apply AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate experimentation cycles and reduce time to insight
  • Work cross-functionally with product and development to validate ideas, ensure data integrity, and get things built and shipped
  • Maintain a tight feedback loop across all experiments — capture what works, cut what doesn't, and double down

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, product growth, or performance marketing with a strong, proven track record on a live product
  • Hands-on experience building and owning a measurement framework from scratch — you know which metrics indicate real traction vs. vanity
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools — Mixpanel, Amplitude, Posthog, Firebase, or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience independently building and optimizing landing pages and conversion flows without relying on a full team
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools — you use them to move faster and do more with a lean setup
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, autonomous environment with short feedback loops
  • Must be fluent in Figma
  • SQL or working knowledge of data querying is a strong plus
  • Experience with mobile app growth, SaaS products, or zero-to-one environments is a strong plus
  • Background in user acquisition, performance marketing, or ASO is a plus
  • Experience with fitness, health, habit-forming, or consumer apps is a bonus

Benefits:

  • Fully remote — work from wherever you're most productive
  • US timezone availability required (EST/PT business hours) — applicants who cannot commit to this will not be considered
  • Direct collaboration with a lean, fast-moving team — short feedback loops, fast decisions, no bureaucracy
