Job Description

PREDICT seeks Pipeline Rep for B2B Sales in the DACH market, focusing on lead generation and active hunting. Direct coaching from CEO and uncapped commission potential included.

Responsibilities:

  • You start as a Pipeline Rep (aka Opener) and have one primary goal: generate pipeline.
  • You convert warm responses daily from PREDICT OS — our proprietary AI system for signal-driven outbound.
  • You perform active outbound hunting via email, LinkedIn (or phone if that suits you).
  • You book discovery calls and earn uncapped commission for successful bookings.
  • You will shadow our CEO in meetings and receive direct coaching.
  • You will learn continuously and rapidly.
  • There is a clear career path for top performers.
  • After 6 months of strong performance you become a Discovery Rep (aka Setter).
  • After another 6 months of top performance you become a Closer and earn significantly more.
  • IMPORTANT: Even if you remain an Opener and consistently deliver, you can and will make €100k+ in your first year with us.

Requirements:

  • We don’t care about formal credentials.
  • B2B sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • You are young, hungry, and fiercely driven.
  • You have a strong desire to WIN.
  • You want to learn high‑ticket sales from the best because you understand the value of the skill.
  • You are not afraid of rejection and are willing to work harder than most expect.
  • You are an athlete or were one.
  • Physical fitness and discipline are very important to you.
  • You are eager to learn and implement feedback immediately.
  • You don’t wait for perfect clarity — you act and iterate.
  • You don’t need a large base salary as a safety net.
  • You prefer maximum upside tied to performance.
  • You speak German at native level.
