Job Description

Growth Marketing Coordinator for AI-native platform focusing on the legal industry. Supporting marketing operations and lead funnel management to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, warm replies, and information requests, converting interest into booked meetings with the CEO.
  • Maintain and manage lead lists, segmentation, and outbound tools such as CRM systems, Sales Navigator, Dripify, and Apollo.
  • Support outreach experimentation by running basic A/B tests and optimizing campaigns for higher engagement and response rates.
  • Identify and participate in relevant legal communities, bar associations, and professional networks to build visibility and generate warm inbound opportunities.
  • Maintain a consistent content cadence across blogs, LinkedIn posts, and community engagement to sustain ongoing awareness.
  • Track weekly funnel metrics (outreach, replies, meetings booked, and attendance) and surface insights on performance and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools, and marketing platforms, or the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and content publishing.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort tracking funnel metrics and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
