Job Description
GTM operations specialist managing contracts, CRM, customer support routing, and invoicing for Hyperbolic Labs’ open-access AI cloud. Supporting a fast-moving revenue team.
Responsibilities:
- Track contracts, including status, signatures, updates, and blockers
- Prepare quotes and order forms
- Own CRM data quality across deals, contacts, companies, stages, and close dates
- Respond to customers and follow up through closure
- Monitor support issues, route them to the appropriate engineer, and track resolution
- Coordinate invoicing with finance
- Prepare for customer meetings
- Work at the center of a small, fast-moving GTM team with visibility into real contracts, customers, and the CEO
- Potential progression into deal closing or building the operations function
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience; strong new grads are in scope
- Fluency in Hubspot is preferred
- Follow-through — nothing sits for three days
- Fluent with AI tools
- Comfortable in a CRM, or obviously able to get comfortable fast
- Sales ops, revenue ops, deal desk, or business ops experience — a plus, not a requirement
- Familiarity with linear, quickbooks, hex, slack, claude, notion
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship
