Job Description

Head of Operations overseeing daily operations in digital marketing for a fast-growing company. Responsible for team management, strategy execution, and process optimization across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments
  • Ensure team members execute tasks on time and according to strategy
  • Act as the operational “glue” between departments
  • Track progress on all active client accounts and internal projects
  • Review SEO and website strategies and refine as needed
  • Ensure alignment between research, execution, and client goals
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
  • Research and test new operational strategies to improve delivery speed and results
  • Build, document, and improve internal workflows and systems
  • Track KPIs, project progress, and client performance
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to provide leadership visibility
  • Maintain high quality standards across SEO, websites, backlinks, and reviews
  • Monitor client satisfaction and fulfillment quality
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions before escalation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or digital marketing operations
  • Working knowledge of SEO, websites, backlinks, and Google-based lead generation
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Preferred Experience working with marketing agencies or lead generation companies
  • Familiarity with construction or local service-based businesses
  • Experience managing remote or international teams
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
