Job Description
Head of Operations managing operational controls for E-Commerce agency EVOLVE Digital. Driving growth and efficiency while leading teams and initiatives remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operational management of the company
- Development of and responsibility for value-creation processes and service offerings
- Leadership of team leads and development of organizational structures
- Collaborative partnership with the executive team
- Development of goal- and KPI-systems
- Expansion of existing departments and support in building new areas
- Translating the company vision into operational structures and projects
- Responsibility for efficiency and scaling initiatives
- Execution of strategic and operational special projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational leadership during a significant growth or scaling phase
- Understanding of how structures, processes, systems, and teams need to scale
- Holistic and strategic thinking, making well-founded decisions at company and organizational level
- Strong controlling and management skills, with experience using KPIs
- Strong systems and tools proficiency (e.g., ClickUp, automation tools such as Make/Zapier/n8n, KPI models in Excel/Google Sheets)
- Confident leadership of team leads and development of leadership and accountability structures
- Strong ownership mentality: clear, reliable, solution-oriented
