Job Description
Talent Partner owning full-cycle recruiting across Netlify’s GTM, G&A, and R&D teams. Advising hiring managers and improving recruiting through data, AI, and scalable workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, G&A, and R&D from intake through accepted offer
- Run search kickoffs, define and calibrate candidate profiles, and establish search strategies with hiring managers
- Develop proactive sourcing approaches and build pipelines of passive talent for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct recruiter screens and provide evidence-based candidate recommendations
- Lead weekly search meetings using funnel data, market feedback, and recommendations for process changes
- Advise hiring managers with market insight, recruiting expertise, and thoughtful challenge
- Partner with the People Team on talent strategy, workforce and organizational planning, and scalable processes
- Manage offers and candidate closing while delivering a responsive, high-touch candidate experience
- Use recruiting metrics to identify patterns, inform decisions, and improve hiring
- Design and build AI-assisted and vibe-coded recruiting workflows and identify opportunities for leverage
Requirements:
- Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience, personally managing intake, sourcing, screening, hiring-manager relationships, and candidate closing across multiple simultaneous searches
- Experience recruiting across unfamiliar roles or functions rather than only a narrow specialty
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers, run search meetings, interpret and push back on feedback, recognize calibration issues, and own relationships
- Experience using funnel data to change recruiting behavior
- Ability to execute quickly across a high volume of searches while maintaining quality
- Experience working without a dedicated sourcer, coordinator, or mature operations team
- History of improving broken or inefficient workflows through AI tools, automation, process changes, or creative problem-solving
- Strong organization and communication skills in a distributed environment
- Proficiency with an ATS and broader recruiting tools; Netlify uses Greenhouse
- Comfort experimenting with AI-powered tools to improve recruiting quality or throughput
- No educational qualifications required; experience, judgment, and work-developed skills are valued
