Job Description
Pharmacist Care Partner supporting California assisted-living facilities for AllCare.ai, an AI-powered healthcare delivery platform. Managing medication coordination, outbound care workflows, and facility relationships from Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of California-based Assisted Living facilities as the named Primary or Secondary Care Partner
- Run daily outbound workflows including callbacks, follow-ups, confirmations, and proactive outreach
- Review and reconcile medication records with AI tooling
- Apply pharmacy training to flag drug interactions, dosage concerns, and discrepancies to clinical teams
- Maintain accurate facility census data across AllCare systems
- Confirm provider schedules directly with facility contacts
- Communicate with pharmacy partners regarding patient documents, delivery coordination, and cycle updates
- Follow up on AI Concierge tasks, resolve open issues, and conduct proactive facility and family outreach
- Coordinate with Routing, Clinic, and Launch Lead teams to ensure requests are completed on time
- Escalate issues appropriately to the Lead or Director
Requirements:
- B.Pharm or PharmD degree from an accredited Egyptian university
- 2+ years of experience in community pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical customer service, or US-facing healthcare BPO; new graduates with strong English and customer orientation will be considered
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness and ability to work US Pacific Time hours
- Availability for the US holiday calendar, including working Egyptian public holidays when they do not overlap with US holidays
- Comfort with CRM, task management, communication platforms, and AI-forward workflows
- Detail-oriented, process-disciplined, and calm under pressure
- Stable home internet, quiet workspace, and dedicated laptop setup suitable for remote voice work
- Based in Egypt with valid work authorization
- Prior US-client experience, familiarity with US pharmacy workflows, US drug brand names, and US insurance basics are nice to have
- Experience in a Primary/Secondary account coverage model or named-account service model is nice to have
