Job Description
Talent Partner sourcing passive MBB and Big Four analysts for Gratia’s apprenticeship-based global careers platform. Building LATAM and Americas talent networks through AI-assisted recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential analysts who are not actively seeking new roles
- Build and cultivate a long-term network of talent across the Americas
- Lead regional recruitment marketing efforts to position Gratia as the employer of choice
- Own hiring outcomes with autonomy over time and workflow
- Use AI-assisted hiring tools to streamline workflow and prioritize high-touch human engagement
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience
- Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across LATAM
- Experience hiring alumni from MBB or the Big 4
- Proficiency with sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, including Apollo, niche job boards, and advanced Boolean search such as Recruit’em
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Ability to navigate professional conversations with high-level consultants and analysts
- Ability to tailor recruitment messaging for top-tier talent in LATAM and broader Americas markets
