Job Description

Head of APAC Talent Acquisition for Agilent overseeing recruitment strategy within the APAC region. Leading a high-performing team and collaborating on workforce planning with executive leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition
  • Lead the regional recruitment strategy
  • Ensure alignment with global objectives while addressing local market dynamics
  • Responsible for leading and building a high-performing TA team
  • Drive employer branding and deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences
  • Act as a strategic advisor to APAC executive leadership and HR partners
  • Collaborate with business and corporate partners to anticipate workforce needs
  • Optimize regional recruitment processes and best practices
  • Define and track key APAC TA performance metrics
  • Provide regular, data-driven reports and presentations on regional TA performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-country TA operations within the APAC region
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • An advanced degree (MBA/Master's) is a plus
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into a tactical and effective talent acquisition plan
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and scaling a geographically dispersed, high-volume recruiting team.
  • Deep working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRMs (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever)
