Job Description
Head of APAC Talent Acquisition for Agilent overseeing recruitment strategy within the APAC region. Leading a high-performing team and collaborating on workforce planning with executive leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition
- Lead the regional recruitment strategy
- Ensure alignment with global objectives while addressing local market dynamics
- Responsible for leading and building a high-performing TA team
- Drive employer branding and deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences
- Act as a strategic advisor to APAC executive leadership and HR partners
- Collaborate with business and corporate partners to anticipate workforce needs
- Optimize regional recruitment processes and best practices
- Define and track key APAC TA performance metrics
- Provide regular, data-driven reports and presentations on regional TA performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-country TA operations within the APAC region
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- An advanced degree (MBA/Master's) is a plus
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into a tactical and effective talent acquisition plan
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and scaling a geographically dispersed, high-volume recruiting team.
- Deep working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRMs (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever)
