Job Description
Health Administration Sales Executive responsible for driving new business and expanding client relationships for Alight. Connecting purpose with impact in health administration solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within assigned territories or industries
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, implementation, HR consulting, and leadership teams) to deliver integrated client solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, including HR, Benefits, and Finance leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on trends in health administration, compliance, and employee benefits
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates to support business planning and reporting
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting health administration services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR services, benefits administration, healthcare, or consulting
- Proven success selling complex, multi-service solutions to enterprise or large mid-market clients
- Strong understanding of health and welfare benefits, ACA compliance, and/or HR outsourcing solutions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management best practices
