Job Description
Enrollment Sales Consultant guiding clients from inquiry to enrollment via consultative conversations and managing a lead pipeline. Requires empathy and strong communication skills in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal lead pipeline from first contact through enrollment
- Respond to all new inquiries same-day; conduct outbound follow-up with urgency and consistency
- Lead consultative conversations that uncover client goals, address concerns, and move toward a decision
- Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets; report pipeline status weekly
- Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments
- Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records on all contacts and activity
- Build referral relationships with external partners over time
- Represent the organization professionally across all written and verbal communication
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a high-volume call role: sales, recruiting, call center, consulting, or client services
- Proven track record hitting conversion or enrollment targets
- Strong consultative communication — you listen first, then guide
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment
- Empathetic, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people you talk to
