Job Description

Enrollment Sales Consultant guiding clients from inquiry to enrollment via consultative conversations and managing a lead pipeline. Requires empathy and strong communication skills in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal lead pipeline from first contact through enrollment
  • Respond to all new inquiries same-day; conduct outbound follow-up with urgency and consistency
  • Lead consultative conversations that uncover client goals, address concerns, and move toward a decision
  • Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets; report pipeline status weekly
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments
  • Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records on all contacts and activity
  • Build referral relationships with external partners over time
  • Represent the organization professionally across all written and verbal communication

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a high-volume call role: sales, recruiting, call center, consulting, or client services
  • Proven track record hitting conversion or enrollment targets
  • Strong consultative communication — you listen first, then guide
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment
  • Empathetic, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people you talk to
