Job Description
Healthcare operations contractor evaluating AI-generated actions across EHR and healthcare platforms. Applying real-world expertise in documentation, billing, coding, and prior authorizations.
Responsibilities:
- Complete structured tasks within healthcare applications and digital workflows
- Work with platforms such as Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline
- Evaluate AI-generated actions and outputs for accuracy and realism
- Apply practical knowledge of patient records, documentation, billing, coding, and prior-authorization workflows
- Identify incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic system interactions
- Provide detailed annotations and structured feedback according to project guidelines
- Assess whether workflows reflect real-world healthcare operations and system usage
- Collaborate with the project team and incorporate feedback when needed
- Deliver assigned work according to established quality and timeline expectations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a closely related healthcare role
- Direct professional experience with at least one EHR or healthcare platform such as Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or clinical documentation
- Ability to evaluate whether healthcare-system workflows are accurate and practically realistic
- Experience working with structured healthcare data or digital patient-management systems
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
