Job Description
Junior Link Building & Affiliate Specialist focusing on off-page SEO and affiliate programs at Wing Assistant. Identifying link opportunities and collaborating with partners to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen off-page SEO footprint and grow affiliate program.
- Identify link and citation opportunities and run personalized outreach campaigns.
- Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, directories, review sites, and affiliate partners.
- Contribute to affiliate link-building efforts by recruiting and onboarding potential affiliate partners.
- Support management of the affiliate program including communication and monitoring placements.
- Track and report on outreach volume, links, citations, affiliate signups, and overall metrics.
- Collaborate with the content team to align outreach with published content.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, including the role of backlinks, citations, domain authority, and anchor text.
- Working knowledge of link-building tactics (guest posting, directory/citation building, digital PR, broken-link building, outreach).
- Strong written English and personalized, professional outreach/email communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and prospecting/tracking tools; a self-starter who is persistent and target-driven.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz) and/or affiliate platforms is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in outreach, SEO, affiliate marketing, sales development, or digital PR is a plus but not required.
