Job Description
Affiliate Manager driving Forex affiliate growth initiatives across MENA, LATAM, and Asia. Managing affiliate operations and collaborating with marketing to optimize user acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies targeting traders across MENA, LATAM, and Asia
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate networks, media buyers, and independent partners
- Manage affiliate operations through Cellxpert, including tracking setup, flows, and commission structures
- Monitor traffic quality, review affiliate sources, identify low-quality traffic, and ensure GEO alignment and compliance standards
- Track affiliate performance and assist partners in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Prepare regular performance reports covering
- Collaborate with the marketing team on testing new acquisition channels, funnels, creatives, and traffic sources to identify scalable growth opportunities
- Assist with campaign optimization and performance analysis to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency
- Continuously explore new user acquisition channels and growth opportunities, including testing new traffic sources and scaling successful experiments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience managing Forex affiliate programs
- Existing network of affiliate contacts, IBs, or media partners within the FX industry is a strong advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in performance marketing and user acquisition
- Strong understanding of affiliate commission models
- Experience working with Cellxpert or similar affiliate tracking platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic or Russian is a plus
