Job Description
HR Advisor providing generalist HR support for ManpowerGroup’s Talent Solutions’ clients. Offering guidance and resolution on HR services while contributing to a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
- Deliver world class care experiences that helps our employees get back to doing the best work of their lives
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience
- Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience
- Deliver personalized care experiences and effective partnership through multiple modes of communication to include chat/phone/case work
- Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
- Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
- Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
- Continuous improvement mind-set
- Comfortable with heavy use of technology
