Job Description

HR Business Partner supporting Hilton Grand Vacations leaders with employee relations, coaching, and HR programs. Bridging day-to-day Team Member support with strategic workforce and organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, consistent HR support to site-level leaders
  • Serve as a bridge between Team Member-facing HR operational support and business strategy
  • Advise and coach line managers and Team Members on performance management, development, policies, team dynamics, engagement, and retention
  • Manage and guide complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, corrective action, and termination processes
  • Conduct structured intake interviews, document and classify workplace concerns, and recommend appropriate actions
  • Triage employee relations cases and escalate investigations, compliance risks, legal exposure, or complex coaching needs to the appropriate HR teams
  • Leverage HR data such as turnover and engagement survey results to inform recommendations
  • Support change management, organizational transitions, talent management, workforce and succession planning, performance planning, and annual salary review cycles
  • Facilitate talent review calibration meetings and follow up on development, training, and mentoring plans
  • Partner with HR leadership, business leaders, and learning and development teams on HR programs and targeted learning experiences
  • Facilitate consistent implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs
  • Complete required training and compliance courses and perform other related duties

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new technology platforms
  • Expertise managing complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and coaching managers through difficult situations
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgement and decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree, or 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered in place of the education requirement
  • 1–3 years of related experience
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certifications preferred
