Job Description
HR Intern sourcing candidates and managing end-to-end recruitment for Quantazone, a consulting and professional services organization. Supporting sales-candidate training, onboarding, engagement, and hiring targets.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles
- Conduct initial screening and schedule and conduct interviews
- Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates
- Coordinate the process from interview through onboarding
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Build and maintain candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets
Requirements:
- Passing year: 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027
- Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably hiring for sales roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
