Job Description
HR M&A Deal Lead responsible for managing HR aspects of corporate transactions across EMEA. Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful integration and compliance throughout the M&A process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR- and people-related aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions, ensuring deal team objectives and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal teams to develop optimal HR solutions and deliver positive deal outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, organizational standards, and policies by identifying, scoping, and managing people issues during due diligence and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies during integration.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience leading HR M&A deals in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of the M&A deal lifecycle, deal process dynamics, and HR M&A fundamentals.
- Proven ability in developing strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels, and building trust in a globally matrixed organization.
- Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: organization design/global job architecture, HR operations & technology (Workday/Strada), or global benefits.
