Job Description
HR Services Manager providing HR Business Partnering support globally at Safeguard Global. Overseeing employee lifecycle management and ensuring compliance with HR practices and laws.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for GEO workers and client representatives.
- Provide legally compliant and professional support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Advise clients on performance management, promotions, career development, and compensation benchmarking.
- Support Embedded clients (reseller) and HR Consulting clients with tailored HR guidance and solutions.
- Apply a consultative mindset to proactively identify client needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation, including confirmations, title/salary changes, probation extensions, and renewals.
- Monitor key dates such as probation periods and contract expirations to ensure timely action.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal controls.
- Maintain and regularly update HR policies, employee handbooks, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely compensation and benefits delivery.
- Generate monthly HR reports and respond to internal or client ad hoc data requests.
- Lead and support HR projects such as employee transitions, organizational changes, and terminations.
- Provide coaching and day-to-day HR support to client managers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Requires 5-6 years of proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering, preferably in an international or Employer of Record (EOR) context.
- Strong working knowledge of local and international labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance.
- Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex issues and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, management and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
