Job Description
HubSpot Implementation Specialist in a remote role focused on supporting B2B SaaS entrepreneurs in the DACH region. Responsibilities include project quality assurance and HubSpot solution implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Quality assurance for complex HubSpot Sales/Marketing/Service Hub projects for our B2B SaaS and professional services clients
- Ensure our HubSpot projects are scalable and repeatable
- Implement market-ready, high-quality HubSpot solutions with measurable bottom-line impact
- Own complete implementations including workflow creation, data migration execution, and performing QA measures & technical audits
- Design, develop, and implement non-native integrations between HubSpot and other subsystems such as ERP, accounting software, and custom solutions
- Handle 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests
- Responsible for proactive and reactive activities to maintain our HubSpot partner status
- Support deal closures in close collaboration with the GTM unit lead and management
Requirements:
- Initial experience with HubSpot as a power user or super-admin
- Basic technical understanding of API integrations, middleware, and automations
- More than 12 months of experience in client-facing or consulting-adjacent roles such as product management, project management, or consulting
- Experience working with .csv files
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel (up to 2 trips per quarter)
