Job Description
Implementation Consultant working with clients on monday.com solutions. Handling workflows and integrations while driving client adoption and delivering technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and optimise workflows in monday.com (familiarity essential)
- Develop automations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions to streamline processes
- Use APIs and Python (or similar) to extend capabilities and connect systems
- Deliver training and onboarding sessions to drive client adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across projects to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborate with the team in agile sprint cycles, managing priorities and delivery timelines
- Continuously share ideas to improve how we deliver solutions and serve our clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or solution delivery in the Technology Industry (eg. Salesforce)
- Strong background in building workflows, integrations, and automations
- Hands-on experience with monday.com is essential
- Proficiency with APIs and Python is a strong advantage
- Comfortable presenting to clients, explaining solutions clearly, and managing expectations
- Familiar with agile/scrum practices and working within sprint cycles
