Job Description
Inbound Sales Representative assisting customers with their storage needs at Extra Space Storage. Delivering excellent customer service and reserving suitable storage units for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit
- Deliver amazing customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Ability to connect over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background and drug screening
- Able to work some weekends
