Job Description
Infrastructure Test Manager leading testing for Expleo, a global engineering, technology and consulting provider. Coordinating infrastructure transformation validation, deployment readiness and production rollouts for a retail-sector client.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own test strategies, plans, scope, entry and exit criteria
- Lead testing activities across infrastructure and technology deployment programmes
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, pilot testing and production rollouts
- Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
- Manage defects, risks and quality governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and approve test evidence, test results and deployment readiness assessments
- Coordinate testing milestone sign-offs and production deployment approvals
- Define and maintain deployment runbooks, validation procedures and rollback plans
- Ensure operational readiness, including monitoring, support processes and service transition
- Prepare quality status reports and provide recommendations for Go/No-Go decisions
- Drive automation-first and quality engineering practices where appropriate
- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, particularly within infrastructure or technology transformation programmes
- Experience testing infrastructure, cloud, network, end-user computing, workplace technology, platforms or migration initiatives
- Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, test automation and shift-left practices
- Experience defining test strategies, acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Strong experience with SIT, UAT, pilot deployments and production rollouts
- Experience with defect management, risk management and quality governance
- Experience creating deployment validation, rollback and operational readiness plans
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models
- Applicants must already be residing in Portugal; this is mandatory
