Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demonstration meetings of Asaas solutions, connecting customer pain points to product features in a strategic manner;
  • Analyze operational and financial scenarios of leads from various segments to propose tailored solutions;
  • Work with a focus on perceived value to overcome technical challenges (such as integrations) and commercial challenges (long-term plans);
  • Maintain strict organization of the CRM, ensuring prompt follow-ups and up-to-date data for accurate close forecasting (forecast);
  • Act as a reference for the Asaas ecosystem, conveying authority and confidence throughout the entire sales cycle;
  • Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with Pre-sales, Customer Experience (CX), Credit, CCF and other teams to ensure an efficient, aligned handoff between teams.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in consultative inside sales, managing sales funnels and individual targets;
  • Practical mastery of methodologies such as SPIN Selling, SPICED, Jolt Effect and strategic use of psychological triggers;
  • Familiarity with pipeline management tools (preferably HubSpot), with rigorous discipline for activity logging and KPI management;
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel for data organization and results analysis;
  • Experience in the payments industry (acquirers, sub-acquirers, digital accounts, or financial services).
