Job Description

Sales Setter role in Catering sales, identifying and qualifying leads for appointment-setting. Flexible hours with 100% remote work and potential for professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential new customers (e.g., companies, hospitals, care facilities)
  • Own and maintain a structured lead pipeline in the CRM system
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Make initial telephone contact with potential customers (cold calling)
  • Schedule and prepare the content for appointments for the field sales team
  • Use digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems)
  • Work closely with the sales team and continuously optimize target customer outreach

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, inside sales, telesales or customer service required
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone outreach
  • Affinity for digital tools and CRM systems required
  • Business-fluent German is essential for seamless communication
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
