Job Description
Sales Setter role in Catering sales, identifying and qualifying leads for appointment-setting. Flexible hours with 100% remote work and potential for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential new customers (e.g., companies, hospitals, care facilities)
- Own and maintain a structured lead pipeline in the CRM system
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Make initial telephone contact with potential customers (cold calling)
- Schedule and prepare the content for appointments for the field sales team
- Use digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems)
- Work closely with the sales team and continuously optimize target customer outreach
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, telesales or customer service required
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone outreach
- Affinity for digital tools and CRM systems required
- Business-fluent German is essential for seamless communication
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
