Job Description
Support Manulife Bank's National Accounts team with administrative and sales tasks. Coordinate sales events, manage reports, and assist in onboarding within a flexible environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and sales support for the National Accounts team
- Develop an understanding of the Manulife Bank business and its distribution channels
- Fulfill sales & marketing material requests and assist in sales events
- Maintain and format critical sales reports and relevant sales content
- Manage employee status changes and track expenses
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Strong interpersonal, professional and diplomacy skills
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Strong organizational, time management and priority setting skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal communication and business writing skills
- Ability to communicate in English and French
