Job Description

Support Manulife Bank's National Accounts team with administrative and sales tasks. Coordinate sales events, manage reports, and assist in onboarding within a flexible environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and sales support for the National Accounts team
  • Develop an understanding of the Manulife Bank business and its distribution channels
  • Fulfill sales & marketing material requests and assist in sales events
  • Maintain and format critical sales reports and relevant sales content
  • Manage employee status changes and track expenses

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Strong interpersonal, professional and diplomacy skills
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Strong organizational, time management and priority setting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal communication and business writing skills
  • Ability to communicate in English and French
