Job Description
Patient Coordinator Supervisor ensuring team performance and patient advocacy at Natera. Leading efforts in revenue growth and best practices in healthcare coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of the team and manage all day to day activities.
- Provide coaching development and assessment reporting for the Patient Coordinator teams.
- Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
- Cross collaborates with other key stakeholders to develop and share best practices.
- Work assigned territory to maintain & support existing customers.
- Assess the needs of patients with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem solving.
- Ensure all data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization are addressed in a timely manner.
- Help manage our business system tools (e.g. QlikView, Salesforce).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
