Job Description

Inside Sales Analyst role focused on B2B sales and pipeline management within Brazil's construction sector. Engaging consultatively with clients while utilizing AI technologies for process enhancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meetings with construction companies across Brazil, presenting the solution in a consultative manner.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, monitor metrics, and ensure predictable results;
  • Lead negotiations and closings focused on monthly targets;
  • Prospect new leads and opportunities through multichannel approaches (social selling, cold calls, emails, AI, etc.);
  • Oversee initial post-sale follow-up, ensuring a positive experience during the first months;
  • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales, managing the full sales cycle;
  • Experience in the construction sector, engineering, or selling to industry players;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.);
  • Availability for occasional travel;
  • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
