Job Description

Inside Sales Consultant selling solar energy products while building consumer relationships and guiding the enrollment process. This role involves handling inbound leads and providing customized solar proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • sell solar energy products or services to consumers
  • make a genuine human connection with potential customers
  • handle inbound pre-qualified transfer leads through a dialer
  • explore pricing, sale terms and provide custom solar proposals
  • guide customers electronically through the enrollment process
  • prioritize tasks to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements:

  • ability to communicate fluently in English
  • fluency in another language besides English is a plus
  • Basic digital literacy, bonus points for experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
  • Previous sales experience is encouraged
  • Demonstrated passion for relationship building, customer service and continuous self-improvement
  • Excel in a remote team setting
