Job Description

Inside Sales and Marketing Manager generating commercial opportunities for AcelaBio through targeted inside sales and marketing execution. Managing CRM, executing campaigns, and handling trade show logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and convert high-value commercial opportunities for AcelaBio
  • Conduct proactive, multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and video
  • Manage the full inside sales cycle independently
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Design, build, and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute AcelaBio’s trade show and conference participation

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B inside sales or marketing experience in life sciences, clinical research, CRO, or related technical industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Advanced skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Working knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent)
